We arrange no-obligation surveys and quotes for paid boiler and heat pump installations across Scotland; installation is carried out by our MCS-certified partner. What information we collect
When you submit an enquiry through our website — on the home page, the Get a Quote page, or any other form — we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, postcode, the type of boiler or system you are interested in, and any message you add. We also record the page URL you submitted from and the website source, so we know which of our sites your enquiry came through. If you call us on 0141 230 0198, we will note down the same kind of details so we can arrange your survey and follow up with a written quote. We do not collect more information than we need to respond to your enquiry and arrange a survey.
