What happens after you enquire
Once we receive your details we will call you to confirm what you are looking for and book a survey at a convenient time. The surveyor then visits to assess your home — your current boiler, flue, pipework, water pressure, radiators and, for heat pump enquiries, insulation and outdoor space. From that visit we put together a written quote for a paid installation, setting out the appliance, labour, any pipework or flue changes, controls and removal of your old unit. Where finance is of interest, the quote explains the options and confirms that loans are available, subject to status, with a representative example provided. You take the quote away and decide in your own time — there is no hard sell.
What to have ready
It helps if you know the make and approximate age of your current boiler, whether it is a combi, system or regular setup, and roughly where the flue exits the property. If you have had any issues — no hot water, pressure dropping, a boiler that keeps locking out — note them down so you can mention them to the surveyor. For heat pump enquiries, it is useful to know how well insulated your home is and whether your radiators are standard or compact. Do not worry if you are unsure on any of this; the surveyor will assess it all on the day. If you have a preferred date range for a survey, let us know when you book.
